Now installed full-time in Spain and fully retired, I decided to complete the novel that I had, off and on, been trying to write.
The trouble had become that as the manuscript grew in size I couldn’t just pick it up when I had a few moments and add to it. Instead I needed to set aside some days to re-read what I had written, to get back into the zone and seek out a muse, any muse would do!
I seldom found several days free before retirement, so progress had stalled. I’d been at it on and off for several years, now I could get some momentum.
