North Street – at its beginnings
Leaving from the mini-roundabout where Upper High Street, Cornmarket and Rooks Lane meet – the northern route ifrom it is appropriately North Street.
Before it becomes a conventional road, it starts with two organisations on each side. On the left is a dentist and Prezzo, on the right are Citizen’s Advice and Thame’s award-winning kebab van. Those on the left show their address as Cornmarket and Butter Market, though they are on North Street!
