THE CHAIN PROPERTIES:

Nadia/Ryan: a first-floor flat in the environs of Redland Road for c.£600 pcm rental. Furnished, sitting room and one bedroom (carpeted), kitchen (vinyl), one bathroom (tiled), communal washer and dryer. There is a balcony with no garden access, but they have a balcony to the street.
Kyle/Ethan: two-bedded terraced house in Totterdown c.£350,000. Hall, lounge, diner, small kitchen downstairs. Bedrooms are large and small, a bathroom. Rear courtyard garden, no parking space.
Liz/Tim: four-bedded detached period home in Nailsea Somerset c.£600,000. Hall, lounge, and kitchen-diner downstairs plus conservatory. Four large bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and bathroom upstairs. Two outbuildings and car parking space, south-facing garden is out of control.
Sandra/Donald: three-bedded terraced Bath-stone Victorian house in Westbury Park c.£625,000. Two receptions, kitchen/breakfast room and utility downstairs, plus cellar rooms. Two good-sized bedrooms, one small bedroom, family bathroom, separate WC. Small front garden, low-maintenance rear garden, no parking facilities.
Mandy/Christophe: three-bedded modern Bristol Harbourside apartment c.600,000. One reception, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio terrace, underground parking.

Sixties House: property visited with the Sixties as an extreme theme.
Railway House: a property where a hobby has taken over the home
Trinkets house: a property festooned with trinkets and figurines
